Pros

Good money once you start too rack up commissions, not a ton of oversight day to day, easy to speak with upper management and get honest feedback. This was my first job out of college and while there were challenges, I did enjoy working there for the vast majority of that time.

Cons

It's a cut-throat environment despite them marketing it as team oriented. People will try to work around the system to maximize their own salary potential as it relates to commissions. The policies in place for this company are also very silly and seems to create incentives to work around the system.

Pros

I wanted a salary job, but this ended up being hourly, so I got a little overtime, however working over 40 hours wasn't encouraged.

Cons

I contracted for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. On my team it was about half contractors and half FTEs. There was an obvious divide between the FTEs and the contractors, and the team manager hired on the people who acted like they were best friends with her. Very unprofessional manager. Also- we were told upon hire that it was an 18 month contract. A week before 6 months were up, we were told it was a 6 month...?? Neither Apex Systems or Wells Fargo would take the blame for the mess up and it left me and another girl with my start date panicking. They ended up extending out contract for 2 months but when you're they're for 8 and plan to stay for 18... obviously you would be upset
