Pros

They provide you an opportunity to get into the robotics / engineering industry. If you continuously push for a raise you can get up to $2.

Cons

Lack of support from your managers. Instead of resolving issues, they prefer to avoid confrontations. No PTO, you are underpaid in comparison to FTE employees, very expensive major health plans ($1,600/Mo for you and spouse). With a Temp contract, you can perform super well, but in the end you can suddenly get: "your services are no longer required".

Pros

Hybrid work Experience Government connections

Cons

Micromanaging to a fault, going to the restroom too often? It's an issue. Everything must be meticulous and perfect, the customer could give rave reviews but management will downplay if the slightest thing missed. It's so stressful it's unhealthy. There is no positive reinforcement, You are no longer human, you are expected to be a machine. Once the day is out, people fly out the door like they are on fire.

Pros

You can make good money if you’re willing to sell your soul to the devil and risk your mental health. But it’s not healthy and it’s not worth it.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. Toxic work culture and terrible work-life balance. If you enjoy consistently feeling under appreciated, this is the job for you! Don’t let their “flexible” time off policy, small commission structure, or potential bonuses mislead you. The metrics are high and the business is lacking making numbers difficult to hit at no fault of your own. Which will result in write up after write up. 10/10 don’t recommend if you care about your mental health. You’re better off working for Starbs! Little less money, but not many other cons!
