Pros

Team building and generous benefits for internal employees .

Cons

After receiving notification that some of my former colleagues have now left the branch I worked at , it goes to follow that management is the issue with the churn and burn of this company . Whether hired as an Account Manager or a recruiter , they see you as a chess piece . If you don't make them money right away , you become less than mothing in their eyes . The favoritism that is shown to the select few "top performers " is despicable and does not produce productivity or positivity for the rest of the team . The culture at Apex , internally is extremely sales driven , male dominated (even if your a male yourself you feel it) and extremely toxic . If this does not match your personality please don't waste your time . They paint a pretty picture you can make so much money with them and it's total garbage when you aren't given a real chance to succeed . There is no work life balance and the stress level is through the roof.

Pros

They made the job search easier, as I was right out of school.

Cons

They are greedy. How is it fair to take half of what I should be earning? How is it fair that this is indefinite? If the agency is making that much of my paycheck, they should be willing to help - not be irritated that the human they sold has questions about career growth. No benefits. No vacation. No paid time off. No career growth plan.

Pros

good communication with supervisors, 401k I guess

Cons

no paid time off, vacation, sick pay, no paid holidays, had medical ins but company only subsidizes for individual, not family and is still expensive with a ridiculous deductible
