Pros

Good training as a new grad entering the industry.

Cons

Zero empowerment, only transactional at every level, lack of DEI, low salary, fear based work environment and highest turnover I’ve ever seen. Extremely toxic work environment.

Pros

Only pro is that the team is typically young in age and fun to hangout with outside of work. This is a good place to learn how to ace an interview and get some fresh out of college professional experience but it may not be worth all the cons.

Cons

Absolutely everything else. I was with the company for 2 years.. From the higher ups in the company that will do a visit every quarter or so all the way down to the branch manager - all the company values do not mean anything to them. You will often work long hours and barely make any money. Even if you grind as much as you can, it will all be luck of the draw on what account gets assigned to you and if that company is hiring. Lots of shady advice is given from management (deal w/ the low pay by taking out credit cards, lie to your customers that we are an approved vendor, etc...) Management knows how to talk the talk, they are all sales people. When you think of sleezy selling.. this is the place.

Eh.. pay if you’re good.

Cons

Only care about themselves. Push you through the day to day mundane tasks. “Company values” are a joke. Only young, white employees.
