Pros

Generally speaking, your MD and DM (bosses) are nice people (there were some bad apples but my understanding is that they have since left); and the training program (while long and somewhat outdated) is very thorough and helpful if you plan on staying in sales or recruiting. The office culture is hard to explain, think Wolf of Wall Street minus the strippers but everything else (yes, even that). If you buy into the corporate BS and feel comfortable brown nosing your way to the top you can definitely be successful here. The company does have a pretty good reputation outside the industry and the majority of clients I interacted with liked using them.

Low base Poor commission structure Placements and clients can be sheer luck Marginal benefits No opps to work remote pre- COVID Definitely biased towards anyone over 30, most new hires are new grads right out of college Lots of emphasis on company culture BS Very competitive culture (which some may or may not like)- there were competitions at least once a week Very very metrics / number driven down to how long you were on the phone
