Pros

-Offers great training and set you up with mentors as well -Offers fun activities like happy hours and quarterly team building events

Cons

-Low base pay -Very cliquey environment -Management shows favoritism -Non existant work/life balance. It’s an unspoken rule to come in early, stay late, and get skip lunch to get work done -Very cut throat type of environment -Nearly imposible to reach goals and metrics -High turnover rate -Management will constantly find something to nitpick about in regards to your preformance even when your at the top of your game -Very competitive environment. You’ll will be constantely compared to other recruiters you’ve started with by management -Management only cares about quotas and metrics

Pros

Hiring process is fast. If, there are no issues.

Cons

1. Recruiters are (mostly) new to industry and don't get the global perspective of candidate management. 2. Poor communication 3. Little to no follow up 4. Staff is junior and unable to handle issues outside of their "normal" scope 5. If you are trusting your career to a company, find another agency 6. Transparency and honesty are a core value that they appear to be missing

Pros

Leaving the cesspool they call an office

Cons

No joke, the WORST job I ever had. Completely unprofessional “boy’s club”. A bunch of frat brothers who are insulting, degrading, demeaning and just plain awful. Don’t work for these guys. They don’t care about their employees, only billable time. Once you’ve gotten enough people on the payroll, they dump you. They’ll call you names, encourage in-fighting and will demean you every chance they get.
