Pros

Awesome people, easy and quick feedback from recruiters/HR and decent pay. Overall, the company is really quiet impressive and one I could easily see myself working with for some time.

Cons

They really need to lower the cost of their health insurance for families. Even the smallest package for an adult and a child is nearly $200/WEEK. That means I’m spending well over $800/month on insurance to cover myself and another individual—really Apex? $16/hr seems okay until you are short $800/month because you have to insure yourself and a child.

Good Work to Life balance Benefits are great Senior managment (director and vp level) are very attentive and engaged. Culture of Apex is amazing, in the way of charity work and time away for charity

Cons

Chronically underpaid (about 9% under average for location), but it is sufficient. Career opportunities can be a little stale, unless you move
