I work remotely for the contract

Cons

Technical errors with submitting the timesheet which means you don't get direct deposit paycheck. They mail you a check but only if your recruiter remembers to submit your hours manually. Contractor care does nothing but read the system. Found out my recruiter never submitted my time sheet and a paycheck was never mailed. So they wanted me to wait 7 days and then mail me another check instead of doing direct deposit The recruiters attached to the client will make up any excuse they can to make it the contractor's fault.
