Pros

Absolutely none. This shows car rental in an extremely bad light.

Cons

Management are nothing but bullies. Constant lies, back stabbing, an unbelievably poor environment for selling. If you join the company expect to have many knifes stuck in your back. They use an external company to teach you how to sell. They DON’T teach you how to sell. They teach you how mislead customers and how to adopt shady practices. You have to follow this process. You will get good sales numbers if you know how to manipulate a system that is nearly 30 years old.
