You are treated like a number. No proper training structure. First few weeks you just sit behind someone and observe them . Always under staffed so you have to end up doing more work and are paid peanuts for it. Bonus scheme is hyped up to new starters but what they wont tell you is company keeps finding new ways to not pay out your full bonus that you have worked so hard for. They will take anyone one when they desperate, i have seen valeters who clean cars being interviewed for front desk or asked to cover when under staffed. Staff turnover is so high, people keep going and coming like buses. The training group frontline will train you to lie to the customers and get every penny out of them without the customers noticing. If you are a decent person this will make you feel bad, if you are not you will be chasing commission only to found out your commission has not been paid in full due to xyz any reason under the sun. Most of the employees are always stressed and always moaning about things not right yet carry on working there which I found baffling. Just get up and leave!
