Senior management very hands on and experienced. You can rely on should you need any help of any sort. Relatively good pay and benefits based on location.

You'll meet some of the nicest people. I've made friends for life from working there

Cons

They push hard on sales targets and it can be very aggressive and stressful environment to work in. You'll also meet and have to deal with very angry customers regularly
