Pros

Friendly enviroment , good payment, 8 hour shift maximum.

Cons

Office was far from the town, we were only 2 workers and sometimes we had a lot of work to do. But it was the first year of the franchise, i know these year will be improvments .

Pros

Can work with decent ground pay is only OK could be better

Cons

Promises are never kept and Bonus and Comission pay is part of the promise which you also never get but yet you will have to do the leg work for another to claim it on you some of the managers can be manipulative towards staff and management love to alter roster without telling you they just assume you are free on the date of change despite your original agreements made prior to the acceptance of the position
