Pros

It was good company. I got on well with everyone and I enjoyed the interaction with the customer's good team

Cons

I was dismissed after 12 years of service, this was very disappointing.

Pros

Great company to work for! You are always rewarded for hard work, valued as an employee and respected as an individual. Europcar have a great culture and values that enable you to have fun and maintain a good work/life balance alongside working hard and achieving great results. The Regional Director/Senior Management for the airport region actually care about their employees and know the majority of staff by name rather than seeing them as just a number on a page. They are also approachable, realistic and down to earth. The bonus and commission structures are very good with great OTE potential. There are always opportunities to progress your career and staff development is a high priority. Couldn't imagine working anywhere else and would recommend a career with Europcar to anyone I know.
