Great managers and teams, My managers were all great. Senior/executive board don't have a clue what's happening on the shop floor,

Cons

This company is always looking to make redundancies. Pay less than any other company, unless you get to the manager level.

Very nice colleagues and much work to do! If you want you can take on responsibility yourself. I got into a student employee position afterwards

Cons

Bureaucratic company and you are to some extent tied to the headquarters in Paris. Also the salary is fairly low but it increases to 600€ after 3 months. Still pretty low and was non negotiable
