Cons

There is always room for improvement, having a parking space would be ideal :)

Pros

As of writing this I have been with the company for just 5 weeks and I can honestly say I have never worked in such a professional, accommodating and welcoming environment. My management team have given me many opportunities to shine already, and everyone in my immediate team is never too busy to offer help, feedback or advice. It's great to work in a supportive and friendly atmosphere and most importantly made to feel like my creative input in the business makes a difference.

Cons

Perhaps a full tour of the building on induction week to familiarize new employees with who does what in the building?
