Please speak to your manager regarding your shifts, as we try where possible to accommodate our colleagues with the most appropriate and suitable shifts available.
We have recently invested in e-learning and are constantly striving to up-skill our colleagues at every stage of their career. As you may be aware, we also have a third party company Frontline on site to offer extra assistance with the development and coaching.
