Pros

Recognized as a global company

Cons

Disorganized behind the scenes, management offer zero support or training but are always looking for the results and targets to be achieved. Do not work for this company if you are a driven sales person who wants to earn bonuses as will always be issues getting paid.

Pros

From the moment I stepped through the door, I have been completely thrown into a company which truly motivates, encourages and feeds their employees with positivity from the out-set. I was trained through FPG which was a great experience and learnt so much. Hard work is rewarded and the pay is great!

Cons

Depending on your location at Europcar, the reservations some days can be extremely busy. Airport locations such as Birmingham, Heathrow & Manchester. - But the positive is extra at the end of the month!
