Pros

Great people to work with and I was given a lot of autonomy to make decisions based on what was best for my Team. My say had weight.

Cons

Limited opportunity for career progression and the the salary/ benefits was not an incentive to stay in the role, considering the number staff I was managing and that it is an international company.

Busy working environment . Good place to start apprenticeship or learn all aspects of fleet management and customer service.This will be the place to get knowledge for a good start with another company .

Cons

Impossible targets and company expectations. Long hours and undervalued.
