Pros

Reasonably good experience as a first job. Young team from several different backgrounds provided good inputs. Was able to understand how different departments worked and were connected.

Cons

There were no prospects of career advancement in the company and salaries reflected that. Instead of valuing experience of in-house employees, policy of reduced costs meant teams were constantly changing.

Pros

Great money in sales and positive managers. Provide you with great training to maximize your income, essentially you get out what you out in.

Cons

Awkward working hours. High pressure to meet sales targets. Difficult to convey ever changing rules and regulations around renting to customers
