Pros

Weekends and paid holidays off.

Cons

Financial goals unrealistic. Heavy workload, have you cut hourly labor to meet financials. Low hourly pay for associates. They assign so many accounts to Area supervisors so you get no face time. Stressful work environment. They call you when you are out sick and don’t have anyone to cover you to get your paperwork in.

The district manager was extremely nice.

Cons

They didn’t thoroughly investigate general managers. Easily fooled. Also didn’t have family values. Once during a snow storm, offered to comp toothbrushes and have us stay overnight.

Long hours (minimum of 10/day), hard to take time off. Pay is on the lower side for the amount of work.
