Pros

Weekends and paid holidays, insurance benefits are some of the best, you get lunch provided every day

Cons

When trying to move up in the company, I've had one manager laugh at me and tell me it's never going to happen. There's a lot of stress put on the employees, and they will try to run an operation with the bare minimum amount of employees offering the max amount of options available.

Pros

Slow because not many people went back to Work. Also that's a con. Unprofessional management beyond the unit manager who is very good. Above that position, they are quite unprofessional, not helpful at all

Cons

Communication is horrific. Everything has acronym and it's like learning a foreign language. You need a dictionary. Poor upper management
