Pros

Benefits were decent and work schedule was weekdays exclusively.

Cons

Pay was very low. I did not even have an actual job description. At least I felt I did not. Work environment is very chaotic and full of micromanagement. They are exceptionally difficult to work for because they are very arrogant, condescending, hostile, rude, and unprofessional. They get short-tempered if you ask them one simple question sometimes. They do not take kindly to people that they feel are too slow and have to be told what to do. They don't care if it is a learning style difference because you are on their territory. They will want to write you up or let you go for some petty thing at the drop of a hat. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs!

Pros

Exposure to many clients and oppotunities to use many skills. Helps to develop your skills to work as a team with a variety of employees.

Cons

Career development is difficult in the Catering Manager position because it is a culinary driven company. Structure is different for compensation with no opportunities for compensation with increased sales.
