Lots of energy there with good intentions towards customer service. They want innovation. They are very competitive internally.

Cons

Never had a review in four years. Pay increase of forty cents in four year period. I wanted a career when I started, but ended up going back to college.

work schedule in our cafe is very structured, 8-5 M-F, no weekends, barely any nights (unless there's a catering). annual reviews leading to merit increases. plenty of opportunity to move on and up in the corporate ladder

Cons

although there are plenty of opportunities, it's difficult to move from hourly to salary, as well as move past what looks like favoritism. some units work every holiday, some have off every holiday, just depends on where you are located. senior management treats everyone below them like they are children and can't do anything right. management doesn't always answer questions directly, a lot of beating around the bush and "uhh...you'll have to talk to so and so about that..."
