Pros

Working for Eurest/Compass group is an excellent company for folks need a good work/life balance. Being able to work a full time position in the restaurant industry and not having to work nights, weekends or holidays is unheard of in our business and if you're organized and work hard you can achieve this type of schedule.

Cons

The only down side to working for Eurest is it is a corporate environment so you must adhere to the company culture and programs to be successful.

Pros

Eurest provides a great work life balance in an industry where this is difficult to achieve. Our company is continuously developing internal talent and truly cares about the success of its team members.

Cons

Our business is growing at such a pace that new hires must be willing to hit the ground running and take ownership from day one. You will need to seek out any support you feel is needed.
