Boeing employees are delightful to work with. Team members try to follow company guidelines/policies and work together.
Cons
They don't care about employees needs. Management is very selective about company policies and who is subject to them. Managing cooks disregard for cleanliness is appalling. Racism is an underling factor, but lives and breathes there,
