Good pay but that's about it.

Cons

1. There is a cover up culture for popular members of staff or managers. 2. Everything from bullying to sexual harassment is seen as normal behaviour and anyone who speaks out is forced to leave. 3. The workload is continuously increased to the point where there is no work life balance. 4. Managers are inflexible.
