      Nice people, work from home available to those who are office based,

      Cons

      No career progression, below benchmark pay, lack of direction from management, zero employee benefits and employee engagement, serious amount of micromanagement, management are full of rubbish and either don't care or are not concerned about how unhappy the majority of employees are.
