      Pros

      See cons I have worked in 5 or 6 companies big and small but Essilor of America stands out as one of its own league. I have never seen a company with culture so toxic, leadership so clueless, and caring for its employees non-existent. Feel free to chat with any former or current employee to see if this is true.

      A puppy CEO, an narcissist CMO, a CCO who left months after the role was created by and for himself, a CHRO who proudly "retired to spend more time with family" and started with another company next day. Bravo to you LC, bravo...

      Lots of challenges. Seem to be secured workplace. Offer job mobility.

      Still have a steep hierarchy in the organization. Sometime make communication very challenging.
