      Pros

      Great benefits, stock options. Wonderful team mates. National sales meetings in nice locations. Micro managing minimal. Free lenses. Great networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Micro managing becoming a normal part of doing business. No creavity, must be robotic to be successful in the eyes of management. A lot of brown nosing and clickish. Training meetings are over 9 hours a day with sometimes only 30 min lunch breaks. Hard to be successful in certain parts of the country due to external factors {lab performance}. Salaries not compensated when living in expensive parts of the country. Afraid to give opinions or state anything for fear of retribution.

      This company offers great benefits. Nice environment. They also offer competitive pay . The hours are normal business hours. No weekends.

      Cons

      This company does not offer any type of bonus or extra income. There is no overtime or bonus offered. They are unorganized. A lot of drama.
