      Pros

      Pay is above average for entry level positions. Employees are very respectful and general atmosphere is nice. Cafeteria is a little pricey, but food was good. Company is the leader in optical lens market for a lot of reasons, very thorough in market saturation.

      Cons

      It's a corporate world. Decisions made behind closed doors and HR always backs manager vs employee.

      Pros

      A great fast paced environment that brings together a lot of smart and dedicated professionals. There are opportunities for growth and internal movement.

      Cons

      The business is so complex that the right hand rarely knows what the left hand is doing. There is a lot of overlap in duties which results in blame games when things go south.

      Great supervisors that were willing to spend time to explain the ins and outs of the company. Had good relations with colleagues as well.

      Cons

      Since it's such a big company did not get perhaps as much broad experience as would have liked. Could have been a more focused internship in regards to my responsibilities
