Silos galore. Tough to innovate and make operational changes. Too many chiefs not rowing the same direction. Need clear strategy and then resources to implement it

Awesome company to work with and Very nice environment.

Cons

Work wise, every one concern about their survival,So within team no one reveal what they are doing for a long time or share anything work related . Managers are not communicative especially in IT. Due to lack of communication among group(s) any 2 minutes fix will take 2 weeks of time.
