Pros

The most attracting things are international environment and multi-lingual working atmosphere, team work is the focus. You have the opportunity to get familiar with the bell-wether of the mobile telecommunication world. You have the opportunity to work with the people from around the global. You have certain package of welfare on the middle level of the pyramid. You have trainning opportunity per year. You have middle level competitive salary. You have chance to learn telecommunication technique. You have one team building activity per year. You have bonus according the to the performance of the company. You have the opportunity of salary increase per year.

Cons

working area is too focus, chance of internal job rotation is tiny. performance evaluation system is frigid. Relationship but not capability is the key.

Pros

General atmosphere of the office is upbeat. Amazing health and medical benefits. Plenty of opportunities to suggest and implement new ideas and processes. Most employees that do go above and beyond the normal "work day" do so because they want to, not because they have to. Very few employee terminations on average.

Cons

Salary compensation is still behind the average. Yearly review compensation in the past have been based off Senior Management for the department, not employee review, this is supposed to change this year. Due to this being a newly acquired office, very few standards and good practices in place, too many "stop-gap" measures from small company thinking in place.

Pros

International opportunities that allows you to travel a lot as well as to have interaction with other cultures. You can be given a lot of freedom (if you have the right manager). It is your own responsibility to build and maintain competencies and getting the right professional experiencies.

Cons

Top Management interfears in detalies lower down in the organization.There is a lot of internal politics that is more important compared to producing results. Whan making promotions are "friends" and "old mates" used for getting a promotion. External candidates are reqruited to higher positions with argument that "diversity" is beneficial - but the loss of "productive hours" and motivation are neglected.
