Pros
Ericsson is a very down to earth place to work, a Swedish mentality is present, where one's personal needs are taken seriously.
Cons
A Swedish mentality is in place on this side as well, in general, people are not held responsible for the results they produce. If one does a great job, or works over and above one's job role, it is considered to be simply part of one's job to contribute to the good of the company. If one does a bad job, it is generally accepted. Everything goes.
