      Pros

      Being the worlds leading telecommunication company Ericsson provide opportunity to work with multicultural environment and the professionals around the world which helps to enhance personal and professional abilities.

      Cons

      Overall culture and values of Ericsson are impressive but it do not implement through out in Ericsson, in some countries employees are not appreciated and rewarded on a out standing performance, nepotism is also observed.

      Pros

      Large company with a worldwide network. Looks good on the CV. Opportunities to move around the company, and network with colleagues.

      Cons

      Can be cut-throat in business decisions, and will not hesitate to make you, and your department redundant without much thought. Always after the bottom line. And promotions seemed to be based on who the managers like, not who is right for the role.
