      Pros

      1- good brand name. 2- maximum no of telecoms projects in India. 3-good salary for newly joined employs. good if you joined it from campus selection as a GET. very easy process of hiring very good for learning

      Cons

      1- heavy cost cutting . 2- No growth for OLD employs. 3- bad transportation. 4-Not good if joined as an OFF ROLE. 5- no training program....they provide OJT (on job training ) be ready to learn every thing by your self. 6-teams are divided in to sub teams.

      Pros

      Good brand name A place to learn continuously, hence making you to one of the best among your peers. Is a place of equal opportunities and endless possibilities Fast pace and highly demanding environment;

      Cons

      The salary might not be too competitive but the total overall benefits are hard to match. Losses staff to competitors and operators due to the point above. Sometimes rigid policy/processes might slow decision making down especially at Market unit end.
