Flexible workplace, but experience depends heavily on the team
Pros
Flexible working environment and work-life balance overall. In many cases, employees have a good level of autonomy in arranging their work.
Cons
While the company promotes flexibility, the experience varies a lot depending on your direct manager. In some teams, the management style feels more controlling than supportive, and cares more about formalities than actual results. There were also situations where expectations felt inconsistent or applied differently to different people, which made the environment frustrating. Another issue is that the team culture also varys a lot depending on the specific team. In my experience, the team did not feel very diverse or inclusive. The culture could feel quite narrow. This made it difficult to feel fully comfortable in the workplace.
