Workplace filled with politics in Ericsson Toronto R&D

It's a nice workplace in Euro only.

Cons

It sucks here in Toronto and is getting worse. No bonus. No recognition, people here get recognized by getting overloaded instead. No fairness. Project Management and System Management Team are dominated by people from a specific country. And they keep recruiting unqualified resources secretly from that country, our products are having lower quality and long delivery time because of that.
