- As previously mentioned, some other positions in the company are very demanding like Sales, on which the pressure is high and can be a little stressful for some people, however, this is something you are aware of before jumping in and comissions are high in them, with ergeon sometimes launching kicker programs that boost your comissions. - Time tracker: a tracker that takes screenshots of your computer throughought your shift is mandatory, this can feel a little invasive not only because of that but also because the tracker also tracks ALL activity like mouse movements, keyboard clicks and so on, with the tracker sometimes not counting some time slots because it didn't detect enough activity from you, but again, this is something they let you know before you jump into the company. - Sometimes managers when being asked for help, respond with very "passive-aggressive" comments, and even reprimend employees in public channels, luckily it's not the case with MY current manager who prefers doing these things in private (as all should) and encourages the 'asking for help' method when you need to. - This is NOT a con, just a comment, but most of the people in management positions are women, OF COURSE this is NOT a bad thing, but I just wonder if men are usually not considered for such positions or are given less preference when competing against women teammates for such positions.
