Pros

- Salary is considerably higher than other companies in the same industry, and also equal (some other companies adapt the salary depending on the local currency of the employee) - Benefits: right after bootcamp you get a tech-wellness fund ($400) and a headset fund ($250). This is nothing I had seen on any other company! - Work/Life Balance: asides from the fact of great benefits, some positions within the company allow you to have a better balance with work and personal stuff, you are given what you need to do and the company does NOT push you to work afterhours or overtime BUT you are given the chance of making a couple extra hours if you wish, but beware some other positions are more demanding either in work hours or "mental-energy", just as any other company. - Great social incentives: Besides the previosly mentioned benefits, ergeon also gives an extra benefit of "Coworking" in which if you gather around with teammates in the same country (not necessarily for work), ergeon does give an extra $80 to each, this is a great incentive for people working in remote environments to get outta home and meet new people. - Another benefit at Ergeon is: laptop replacement fund of up to $1,000. This applies ONLY after 1 year at the company, - A company that embraces the future: Ergeon does encourage employees to use ANY AI tools (with diligence) to improve whatever work you do, and also implements them on internal processes, this was something new to me for having been in other companies, ironically in the 'technology industry' that present a lot of resistance against these tools and even punish the use of them.

Cons

- As previously mentioned, some other positions in the company are very demanding like Sales, on which the pressure is high and can be a little stressful for some people, however, this is something you are aware of before jumping in and comissions are high in them, with ergeon sometimes launching kicker programs that boost your comissions. - Time tracker: a tracker that takes screenshots of your computer throughought your shift is mandatory, this can feel a little invasive not only because of that but also because the tracker also tracks ALL activity like mouse movements, keyboard clicks and so on, with the tracker sometimes not counting some time slots because it didn't detect enough activity from you, but again, this is something they let you know before you jump into the company. - Sometimes managers when being asked for help, respond with very "passive-aggressive" comments, and even reprimend employees in public channels, luckily it's not the case with MY current manager who prefers doing these things in private (as all should) and encourages the 'asking for help' method when you need to. - This is NOT a con, just a comment, but most of the people in management positions are women, OF COURSE this is NOT a bad thing, but I just wonder if men are usually not considered for such positions or are given less preference when competing against women teammates for such positions.

Pros

Something I love about Ergeon is that they invest in their employees abilities rather than their impact on they have on the team. This means they will help either mold you into into the position you are working for or they will help you find another place that helps you grow even more.

Cons

Something I’ve always struggled with at Ergeon is the reality that we’re a startup and we operate very lean. Joining the company as a teenager and spending all of my twenties here has meant making real sacrifices—especially around finances. There were a lot of things my friends were able to do, like travel or enjoy certain experiences, that I simply couldn’t afford at the time. I know it’s different for people working in other countries or in different circumstances, but for someone living in the U.S., it hasn’t always been easy. Still, I’ve stayed because I believe in what we’re building and the long-term vision, even if the path hasn’t always been comfortable.

Pros

Various funds to support the purchase of improved hardware and things to help you work better. Remote workers health insurance. Consistent payment with no delays.

Cons

Very focused on AI integration to improve organizational performance, but the customer experience seems to come second to this. Very driven by the sales targets and can cause pressure to perform. Commission for sales is on the very low end.
