Pros

There is room for growth and advancement.

Cons

Managers trained to hold on to dept top talent which prevents them from growing. This keeps employees pigeon held from moving up the ladder to more advanced positions.

Pros

Colleagues within the team is one of the pros as it’s the same for most

Cons

The management was extremely micro-managing and seemed to have no concern for the health and well-being of their staff. The managers/ team leader in charge of our team was particularly difficult to work with, as they seemed to have a personal vendetta against some of the employees and were consistently unkind and unfair in their treatment. This has caused a lot of people to leave and not raise this incase they get refused a reference. In addition to the poor management, there was also no opportunity for progression within the company. It was clear that the management was more concerned with maintaining their own power and control rather than helping their employees grow and develop in their careers. Overall, my experience at this job is/was extremely negative and I would not recommend it to anyone. The toxic work environment and lack of support from management made it a difficult and unpleasant place to work. Equifax has TL in Wexford who makes all the rules and has favourites.

Pros

I've been told that at a certain pay grade that you can get substantial bonuses, but I'm not certain of that.

Cons

They promise a phenomenal work environment but that couldn't be further from the truth. You can't be promoted or change positions within the company until at least a year of employment. The company functions using an "old-school" management style and rely on employee loyalty instead of providing employees with fair title and pay promotions. They also insist on being on-site, even if that means you will be sitting on zoom calls alone all day.
