7yYou are right! Our Dublin office is fantastic and offers great support to all employees - it's truly a great culture! We also appreciate your insight into some of the concerns that happens with rapid growth and are working to develop a new development plan with our managers to increase 1:1 conversations and to ensure more frequent feedback conversations. Look for more information on this new program in January 2019.
