Technology leadership is a dumpster fire. They don’t know they’re doing or how to add any real value to the company’s products. Managers will often throw subordinates under the bus in order to promote their own career agenda and often avoid taking responsibility or initiative for solving problems. This is actively harming the business and in my view, prevents the company from generating more revenue.

Not remote friendly and does not support work life balance. Made a promise that remote employees were grandfathered in then laid them off after training their replacements. Let go of amazing and productive workers who were experts in their field just because they were remote. Closed an office so those remote workers didn’t have an option to go back into the office.
