      Not super organized but good experience

      Pros

      You just need to do the work needed, its not overly structured. You can get a wide range of development and devOps experience, using languages and frameworks like Java/spring and Angular. You can also get experience working with CICD and Google Cloud.

      Cons

      Many teams are not very organized, responsibilities can be ambiguous. There is no formal training, you will mostly have to figure out things for yourself.
