None that I can think of except location

Cons

There are many , top ones 1- The management does not plan well and they lay off people every quarter . 2- The leaders at the top has no technical or business talent and hence no opportunity to grow into technology or product 3- you may find yourself Idle most time and the moment you start working , someone else may claim they are already doing that work 😂 Stay away from this place

Decent pay and benefits. Challenging work and many nice people.

Cons

The masculinity contest culture creates an environment of competition, disrespect and greed. Power struggles, microaggressions and a dog-eat-dog work style are characteristic of a workplace dominated by toxic masculinity. I'm talked over constantly. If I set boundaries, I'm too aggressive and taking things personally. Team don't work together. Others take credit for my work. Speed is valued over quality.

They pay salary on time, however I’m pretty sure that’s a legal requirement.

Cons

ELT are delusional. They have been in their positions far too long and personally prevent people from promotion and really don’t have a clue what they are doing. Also very unavailable as people leaders. Very awkward interactions and always moan about profit and sales etc. they also do bizzare town halls which make them look like douches * I would not recommend working for them *
