      Nice new office with good collaboration areas

      Cons

      Mandatory days in the office for all staff with not enough desks. If you miss out on a booking you’re left wandering around trying to find an ergonomic spot to do work for the day.

      Incoherent longterm strategy Too much work for too few people Technology transformation has made life harder, not easier Noisy office, hard to concentrate, yet all forced to come into office 3 days a week. Unless you know the right people, then you can come in whenever you like.
