      Good salary Work with some really good people, no big egos, very supportive of each other

      Cons

      Incoherent longterm strategy Too much work for too few people Technology transformation has made life harder, not easier Noisy office, hard to concentrate, yet all forced to come into office 3 days a week. Unless you know the right people, then you can come in whenever you like.

      Pros

      * Good compensation and great 401k match * Good work/life balance (unless you're in in certain IT teams) * Promotions are easy enough to get if you stay long enough

      Cons

      * Trying to get anything done, especially new, is like pulling teeth * Leadership is clueless. They are literally moving backwards in terms of remote work flexibility. * One of the most inward facing company I've ever seen. It feels like the senior leadership is just concerned with their next meeting with the C-suite rather than making any actual progress. * Super top heavy with inflated titles. Everyone's a "director" or higher and refuses to do any real work. * Terrible health benefits. I pay ~$340 per paycheck (~$9,000 per year) in health insurance premiums for me and my spouse.
