      Pros

      Career opportunity site and application process was strong. The talent acquisition team did a remarkable job alerting of the review and engagement process. Once offer and acceptance was completed, pre-onboarding tasks were simple to navigate with specified dates for completion.

      Cons

      During the onboarding of the first day, it would be beneficial to offer a checklist of actions that the employee should receive and validate to sign off on, with support lines to assist in answering questions.

      Pros

      Great multinational with great pay and benefits. Awesome team!

      Cons

      The volume is so high that everyone is overwhelmed. Mental Health is not a priority. Too much conflict between teams and no one try to solve them. This creates nonsense backlogs and accumulative stress.
