      Bottom line oriented. Employees are not valued. Only interested in keeping investors happy. Expertise not valued unless you work for one of their cash cow divisions.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, pockets of intelligent caring coworkers. If you want a place where it’s easy to look good, just come in and be competent, customer focused and responsible and you’ll look like a superstar.

      Cons

      Top to bottom culture of ensuring no one is responsible for anything. If you care about doing a good job and providing excellent customer service, do not go to work here. Even simple customer tasks like opening and following up on support tickets is frustrating due to the lack of accountability by the teams that need to provide the solutions.
