* No work life balance * Lot of politics at least in the group I was * No free sharing of information within group, may be job security issue

Started entry level and was promoted 3 times during my 4 year tenure. Their performance review system is equitable and robust.

Cons

Very conservative organization. Not great with communication across dfferent business unit or geographies. Awful with acquisitions. Beware if your organization gets acquired!
