Top notch senior leadership team, good benefits, fair compensation across the industry, great teamwork, driven to innovate or acquire products as required to be a leader in their space.

Cons

Great at buying companies but not so much communicating the plan for the newly acquired company to the masses. All departments consistently working toward same end goal.

Money - this is the ONLY good thing about the job and its not worth it.

Cons

Treated like a slave. No life/work balance. You can't tell if the company is run by Equifax or IBM or offshore. Constant threat of layoffs or outsourcing. Offshore coding has ruined the Production environment. People are rude to each other on conference calls when trying to resolve issues ANS there are CONSTANT issues.
